About Us — Shire Luggage: From a Small Workshop to a Global OEM Partner

Founded in 2011 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, Shire Luggage began with a simple idea — to make travel better through high-quality, reliable, and beautifully designed suitcases.
In its early years, the company started as a small workshop producing basic ABS luggage for local trading companies. With dedication, precision, and a strong belief in continuous improvement, Shire Luggage gradually earned recognition among regional exporters and soon began receiving its first international orders.

The real transformation came when Shire’s management decided to invest in modern injection-molding technology, automatic assembly lines, and rigorous quality control systems.
This marked the beginning of a new chapter — moving from a small-scale factory to a global OEM and ODM manufacturer capable of serving international clients.

Over the past decade, Shire Luggage has collaborated with well-established brands and distributors across more than 30 countries, building long-term relationships based on trust and performance.
Our clients include premium Indian travel brands, mid-range distributors in Indonesia and Malaysia, and leading luggage retailers in France, Germany, Japan, Spain, South Korea, and the United States.
Many of these partnerships began with small test orders — just a few containers — and gradually evolved into multi-year collaborations supported by our commitment to on-time delivery, customization flexibility, and reliable after-sales service.

Every successful partnership tells a story.
One of our earliest European clients came to China in 2015 searching for a supplier that could produce lightweight yet durable PP luggage with strict REACH standards.
We worked side by side through numerous mold adjustments, color tests, and handle prototypes. Six months later, that same client launched a best-selling model in their home market — and it’s still in production today.
That success story spread quickly, bringing us new opportunities with importers in France and Germany.

As demand grew, we established a 20,000 square meter production base, employing over 200 skilled workers across 7 specialized production lines.
Our monthly output now exceeds 60,000 units, and our engineers continuously develop new designs and molds to keep up with global trends.
Each suitcase — whether ABS, PP, or PC — reflects the same Shire promise: durability, lightness, and timeless design.
